Our 30-Day "No Hassle" Guarantee
We want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase. We know that dogs are sometimes picky, have food sensitivities, or there are changes in their health. If it turns out the product you selected is not a good fit for your pet, please email us at info@muensterpet.com within 30 days of purchase, to request a refund.
If you experience a quality issue with the product or packaging, please also reach out. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure the best resolution for you and your pet.
If it has been more than 30 days and you experience an issue, please contact us so we may assist.

Refunds are limited to one item of the same SKUs within one order. If you are not sure if your dog will like an item, please start by only purchasing one bag.

Refunds exclude the initial or return shipping cost.

Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, Cyber Monday, and our 12 Days of Christmas sales are considered Final Sales. There are no refunds, replacements, or returns.

We do not offer price adjustments or price matching.

We will not honor these terms if the item was sent to another address after original delivery or if the buyer used third-party freight forwarding or mail redirection.

If your pup simply doesn’t enjoy the product, we’ll honor the 30-day satisfaction policy. However, orders may not be eligible for refund in cases of user error (e.g. incorrect address entry, incorrect items purchased).
Discount Codes & Promotions

Only one discount or promotional code can be used per order.

Discount codes cannot be stacked. If you’ve redeemed Loyalty Points for a reward coupon, it cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion, or offer.

Discount code must be applied at checkout. We’re unable to apply promotional discounts retroactively or issue price adjustments after an order is placed
Shipping Policies
We ship orders Monday through Friday, and orders usually ship within 2 to 3 business days from when they were placed. We only ship to the contiguous United States of America. Sorry, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. We also do not ship to P.O. Boxes.Shipping Rates

Subscriptions
All subscription orders ship free!
You can manage, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime through your Muenster Pet account here.
Please note:

If a subscription order has already shipped and you forgot to cancel it, a $20 restocking/rerouting fee will apply if the order needs to be returned or redirected.

If the order has already been delivered, or you shipped it to the wrong address, it is not eligible for a return or refund.

To avoid fees, please send us a message as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or change a subscription order.
